Another HK Color nail polish review. Loving the price and loving the colors. So expect to see more of them.

HK Color - Neon Blue - #62 - $1.?? - ?

Neon Blue is a bright neon blue crelly nail polish.

Two coats to make it look like in the photos below.

This color is very similar to one of my other blue nail polishes but this one is more jelly.

Third coat on all.
